IMNIS Initiative

The Industry Mentoring Network in STEM (IMNIS) initiative supports PhD students and early career researchers to develop industry skills and knowledge, create connections to extend their professional network and learn about different career opportunities through mentoring.

Industry mentoring

To ensure Australia’s future capacity to innovate and use technology, ATSE is committed to inspiring diverse people to strive for excellence, pursue study and careers in engineering, applied science, and technology and foster cross-disciplinary, multi-sector, and inclusive collaborative relationships.

The IMNIS mentorship program has been a transformative journey, expanding my understanding of the professional and industrial landscape. My mentor, has been a constant source of inspiration, guiding my growth both professionally and personally.
