IMNIS for organisations

IMNIS supports organisations by offering PhD students and early career researchers opportunities to develop industry skills, create connections to extend their professional network and learn about different career opportunities.

STEM industry connections for your students

IMNIS supports universities and research organisations industry engagement goals by offering opportunities for their PhD students and early career researchers to develop industry skills and knowledge, create connections to extend their professional network and learn about different career opportunities.

The scope of IMNIS Engage provides increased opportunities for participation across all science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines. Furthermore, it proudly embraces and respects Indigenous Knowledges within the STEM landscape. All IMNIS Engage mentees participate in and benefit from industry mentoring, professional development programs and networking events.

If you are interested to join IMNIS as a participating organisation, contact IMNIS@atse.org.au to discuss your needs and identify opportunities to support your STEM researchers.

The IMNIS program provides our PhD students and early career researchers with invaluable insights into industry, networking opportunities and career guidance, bridging the gap between academia and industry. Through mentorship and professional development activities our students and ECRs gain knowledge and skills that extend beyond academia, empowering them to thrive in the broader STEM ecosystem and industry sector.
