There are five stages to our recruitment.
- Application - Share your resume and include a one-page cover letter of why you want to work for us, or why you have applied for a particular role, stating your relevant experience.
- Phone interview – If there is a match, you will be invited to receive a call from our People and Culture Director who will explore your experience, and motivation for the role in more detail. This also provides an opportunity for you to ask questions about our organisation and the role.
- Panel Interview – Shortlisted applicants are invited to interview with panel that represents a cross section of our organisation. Questions are formulated to explore your skills and experience as they relate to the role with a values-based lens. This also provides further opportunity for you dig a bit deeper on us and ask further questions.

- Our offer – Our People and Culture Director will reach out to discuss our formal offer, which is subject to receiving satisfactory references and a clean police character check.
Leading up to your start date, you will be provided with information to support your arrival and to take away as much of the ‘unknown’ as possible. Our strategic onboarding processes set you up for success and pair you with staff who can support your learning and development.
