Professor Quinn leads an interdisciplinary team in an internationally funded modern systematic study of Australian natural products to determine their biologically active constituents and to assess their potential in the treatment of disease in humans and in domestic animals. He has an established reputation in cell membrane receptors and in the general field of molecular interactions in biological control systems, and has more than 100 publications in the areas of isolation and structure elucidation of bioactive natural products.
