Dr Gordon J Frazer is internationally recognised for his expertise and pioneering research in the field of Over-the-Horizon Radar (OTHR). He is a noted thought-leader who has applied his creativity to developing and enhancing OTHR systems in novel ways. His designs have advanced current and next-generation OTHR, and led to the development of fundamentally new radar architectures. During his pursuit of excellence and impact throughout his career, Dr Frazer has established strong partnerships between Defence and Industry.
