Cordelia Selomulya holds the position of Professor in the School of Chemical Engineering and serves as the Associate Dean (Research) in the Faculty of Engineering since November 2022. She is also the Research and Commercialisation Director for Future Food Systems CRC at UNSW. She has extensive experience in fostering research-industry partnerships.

Professor Selomulya has made outstanding, sustained contributions to the field of food and dairy technology, both nationally and internationally. As an exceptional researcher, mentor & role model for young women, the level of respect she enjoys across the industry and tertiary sector and is clear from her string of senior appointments and influential roles.

Her influence upon the dairy industry in particular is evidenced by close collaboration, research translation and prestigious awards alike. Moreover, as a proven, valuable contributor to leading professional organisations, she would be an exceptional addition to the Fellowship.
